Real Property & Leases

Our office is the primary university representative for any interests in real estate and all campus lease agreements. We work with other university departments to research and acquire property and enact lease agreements on real property interests ranging from ATM space to parking or storage space. For questions or inquiries about real propery and/or leases, contact our office at utoperations@utk.edu.

The Records Management Office facilitates the efficient and economical management of record-keeping activities of the university. The program provides valuable services critical to the effective management of the university’s recorded information and provides low-cost maintenance for semi-active and inactive records.

Street/Road Management

The university has thousands of vehicles that travel across campus on a daily basis. All streets throughout the campus are owned and maintained by the university. At times, certain special events and construction projects may require a temporary street or lane closure. All such requests are reviewed and approved by our office.
